Dioniks Overview

Dioniks is designed to dealcoholize various alcoholic beverages, ranging from wine and beer to spirits, and is particularly beneficial for wineries.

Dioniks systems are available in batch sizes of 500, 1000, and 2000 liters, with an average batch processing time of  48 hours, regardless of system size.

Dioniks is available in both semi-automatic

and fully automatic modes.

 

The semi-automatic mode requires operator intervention

for each batch, while the automatic mode can handle
